How Do I Refer A Client and How Does the Service Work?

Our goal is to eliminate your headache of working with customers that are not closeable TODAY. In a market where good customers are few and far between, it is easy to hang-on to uncloseable deals. By referring potential future clients to Clear Credit Corp, you can spend your time closing loans while we improve your clients credit score, income situation, and any other item that is keeping your borrower from closing.

1. Inform the client of our services
After you have turned down a customer, explain the limiting factors that are keeping them from qualifying. Explain that many of these factors can be fixed by working with a professional that can help optimize their credit situation. Not only can we help improve credit scores, we can also help improve many other limiting factors, such as lack of tradelines or income verification, that are also impeding qualification. So, although they are not able to qualify today, they will be able to qualify sooner than later.

2. Fax or Email Client Referral Form and Credit Report
Email/Fax us a referral form and a copy of their credit report. The referral form should clearly state the client's goal (refi, purchase, cash out) so that the customer can continually be sold on the benefits of completing the program. Also, make clear the minimum score needed to qualify and any specific negative credit items that are causing the customer to be denied. E.g. VW Credit 30 day late in April, 2007. Although the program lasts 6 months, many clients can be ready in as little as 30 days, but on average it will take 60-90 days.

3. Monitor Client Progress
You may choose to receive updates as the client's file changes. They can be CC'd from our secure server from noreply@securebiz.biz. You will also have your very own referral partner login page. Your login is your email address and your password is your zip code. Here you will see a record of all your clients in our program. Additionally you can view each individual client page with each item being disputed and which items have been cleared or updated. All updated in real time!

4. Client Follow up and Education
The credit score should begin improving within the first 35 days of receipt of our services. We will continue to work on your file for 6 months. During this time it is recommended to maintain contact with your client. Our goal is to make the credit restoration process a seamless part of the loan process, not a separate process. We will also provide our referral partners with credit articles and information to not only educate you, but as marketing material you can forward on to your client to show YOU are a part of the solution and place a high priority on educating the client

5. Restart Loan Process
After reviewing your clients' progress, in anywhere from 40 -180 days, you will be able to restart the loan process. If you are unsure of the extent of your clients score increase, call your Credit Specialist to be advised on the potential of meeting the needed score.
